Terms

Short, and in plain English. These are the terms between FunnelIt AI Solutions and a recruitment agency using the product. If anything here is unclear, ask before you sign up rather than after.

Who this is between

FunnelIt AI Solutions, run by Tushar (“we”), and the recruitment agency that signs up (“you”). By using app.funnelitai.online you accept these terms.

The free pilot

  • Seven days, free, on up to two of your own live roles.
  • We set the workspace up for you before the first call — your branding, your roles, your screening rules.
  • No card is required to start it, and it does not roll into a paid plan on its own. If you do nothing at the end of seven days, the workspace becomes read-only rather than charging you.
  • You can stop at any point during the pilot and take your data with you.

What it costs after that

Pricing is quoted per agency, based on how many roles and recruiters you run. We will give you a number before you commit to anything, and it will not change during a term without your agreement. There is no setup fee, no minimum contract length and no exit fee.

What the AI does, and what it does not

This is the part worth reading twice.

  • The AI reads CVs, scores them against your role, drafts messages, and can send them. On a new role it rejects nobody on its own: it shows you its call on each candidate and asks you first. It only begins acting unattended once it has agreed with your decisions consistently, and you can switch it back to asking at any moment.
  • It can still be wrong. A score is an opinion formed from a document, not a verified fact, and it does not replace a human reading a shortlist. You remain responsible for who you put forward and who you turn down.
  • You are responsible for hiring decisions and for the law that governs them — including discrimination law and any local rules on automated decision-making. We give you the controls to keep a human in the loop; using them is your call.

Your data is yours

  • You own everything you and your candidates put in. We claim no rights over your candidate database and we do not use it to train anything.
  • Export the lot as JSON or CSV, in one click, whenever you like — during the trial, during a paid term, or on your way out.
  • On the data-protection side you are the controller and we are the processor. See the privacy page for who processes what.

What we ask of you

  • Only upload CVs and candidate details you are entitled to hold and to process.
  • Do not use the product to send bulk unsolicited messages to people who never applied to you.
  • Keep your sign-in links private. They are one-time and short-lived, but a link forwarded to the wrong person is still a way in.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously and we do not currently offer a contractual uptime guarantee. It is an early-stage product; when something breaks you will hear it from us directly rather than discovering it yourself. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Ending it

  • You can stop whenever you want. Export your data, tell us, and that is the end of it. Nothing to cancel by post, no notice period.
  • We can end an account for non-payment, or for the misuse described above, with reasonable notice and always with an opportunity to export first — except where the misuse itself makes that unsafe.
  • After an account ends, data is deleted according to the retention period you set. Ask and it can be deleted immediately.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities. What we do not attempt to limit is liability for our own fraud or for anything the law does not permit us to exclude.

Changes

If these terms change materially, existing agencies get told directly and in advance — not by a silent edit. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
