For agencies running five or more roles at once
Your recruiters close candidates.
The AI does everything else.
FunnelIt screens every CV, questions every shortlist, emails every candidate, and books every interview — automatically. Your team just shows up to a calendar full of pre-screened, pre-briefed interviews.

The maths nobody runs
180 applications. Three minutes each.
9hours
of reading — before anyone has spoken to a single candidate.
Last week your recruiters opened a few hundred CVs. Most were wrong on the first line. Somebody still had to read every one. That is the part we automated.
How it works
The seven-step pipeline, on autopilot.
From the moment someone applies to the moment your interviewer sits down with a prepared question sheet. Every step below happens without anyone on your team touching it.
- 01
Candidate applies
Branded careers page with CV upload — no login, no friction.
- 02
AI reads the CV
Every resume parsed and scored against the job in seconds.
- 03
Auto shortlist
Strong matches move forward; weak ones get a polite reply. Your threshold, your rules.
- 04
Smart questionnaire
AI writes five questions tailored to each candidate’s actual CV.
- 05
Personal outreach
A warm, specific email inviting them to book a call — written per candidate.
- 06
Self-serve booking
Candidates pick a slot from your calendar. Confirmations and reminders automatic.
- 07
Interviewer prep
A ready question sheet probing each candidate’s gaps before you dial.
…while your recruiters spend the day on the only thing that actually closes placements: talking to people.
Screening
It reads every CV, so your recruiters don’t have to.
Every application is parsed, scored against the role, and written up before anyone opens it. What lands on your desk is a decision, not a document.
A real score, with reasons. Not keyword matching — a fit percentage with the sentence explaining it.
Skills checked line by line. What they have, what they are missing, marked green and red.
The whole file on one screen. CV, summary, salary, notice period, visa status and every message ever sent.

Trust
It learns your judgement before it is trusted with it.
On a new role it rejects nobody. It holds every candidate, shows you its call, and asks you yes or no. It only starts running on its own once it has agreed with you nine times out of ten.
You calibrate it in ten reviews. Green tick or red cross. It works out your standard from the pattern.
It writes down what it learned. Plain-English rules, each tagged with where it came from. Delete any you disagree with.
Autopilot is a door you open. Never a default. You can shut it again on any role, at any time.

Pipeline
One board. Every email already written.
Applied, shortlisted, questions sent, answers in, interview booked, decision. Drag a card and the right message goes out on its own — after showing you exactly what it says.
You see the email before it sends. Full subject and body, every time. Or tick “move quietly” and send nothing.
Written for the candidate, not a template. Each message references their actual CV and the actual role.
Nothing gets stuck. Anyone waiting too long surfaces on your morning screen with a one-tap nudge.

Submittals
A profile you send your client — that they cannot bypass you with.
One click turns a candidate into a branded one-pager in your agency’s colours. Summary, highlights, skills, fit score. Every contact detail stripped out.
Your brand, not ours. Your agency name and colour at the top. We appear nowhere on it.
No email, no phone, no LinkedIn. Your client can read everything and still has to come through you.
You know when it was opened. A timestamp on every link, and you can revoke it in one click.

Database
Your old CVs become new placements.
Every candidate who ever applied stays searchable. New job order? The AI ranks everyone already sitting in your database and reaches out first — before you pay for another job board posting.
Ranked against the new role. Best first, each with the reason they matched.
Stale CVs get refreshed. Spot the two-year-old files and ask that whole group for an update in one go.
Bring your archive with you. Hand us a folder of old CVs as a zip. We import and de-duplicate the lot during setup.

Reporting
Numbers you have never actually had.
Shortlist rate, average days to interview, placement rate, and which recruiter is genuinely moving candidates. Measured automatically, because the system is doing the work it is counting.
The whole funnel, end to end. Applied through AI screened, shortlisted, booked, hired — with the drop-off at each step.
Benchmarked, not just displayed. Every rate is labelled good, average or low, so a number means something at a glance.
Hours given back, counted. How much CV sifting the system did for you this month, in hours.

And here is the other side of it.
The same system your candidates meet. Fast, branded as your agency, and never asking anyone to make an account.

Your careers page
Your name, your colour, your jobs. Applications take under five minutes.

Questions that fit them
Five questions written from their own CV — not the same form for everyone.

They book themselves
They pick a slot from your calendar. Confirmation and reminders go out on their own.
Everything else it quietly handles
Reach them where they answer
One-tap nudges on every candidate card — email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn. Use one or all three.
Paste-a-JD intake
Paste any job description and the whole form fills itself in. A live careers page in seconds.
No-show killer
Automatic reminders 24 hours before every interview. Fewer ghosts, more placements.
Duplicate detection
The same person applying twice under two emails gets caught and merged — with your confirmation.
Nothing to install
No password setup, no CRM migration, no IT. Your workspace is ready before your first call ends.
Export or erase, on demand
Everything you hold on a candidate, out in one click. Auto-erase on a schedule you set.
Control
It will not reject anyone behind your back.
The fear with automated screening is that it quietly bins someone you would have hired. So on a new role it bins nobody. It holds every candidate and asks you first, and it only earns autonomy by agreeing with you nine times out of ten.
You own the data
Export your entire workspace — candidates, CVs, messages, notes — as JSON or CSV whenever you want.
Erasure on a schedule
Set how long candidate records live. The system deletes them on time and shows you what is due before it does.
No lock-in, no exit fee
Stop whenever you like and take everything with you. If it has not worked, we have wasted our time, not yours.
How to start
Seven days free, on two of your own live roles.
Your real openings, not a demo account. I build the workspace before we ever speak — so the call is you watching your own pipeline run, not sitting through a slideshow.
- 01
You send me two live roles
A WhatsApp message with two job descriptions is enough to start.
- 02
I build it before we talk
Your careers page, your branding, your screening rules, your old CVs imported.
- 03
One call, and it is running
Thirty minutes. You watch real candidates move through your own pipeline.
I do every setup personally, so it is five agencies a month.
Built for agencies running five or more roles at a time with recruiters buried in inboxes. Under that, you do not need it yet — and I will tell you so.
FAQ
The questions agency owners actually ask.
Not covered here? Message me and you will get a straight answer, usually the same day.
Ask a questionHow is this different from an ATS?
An applicant tracking system stores candidates and waits for you. This one does the work: it reads every CV, scores it against the role, writes the shortlist email, sends the questionnaire, books the interview and prepares your question sheet. An ATS is a filing cabinet. This is a recruiter that does not sleep.
Will it reject a good candidate without me seeing them?
Not on a new role. It starts in a mode where it rejects nobody — it shows you its call on every candidate and asks yes or no. It only begins acting on its own after it has agreed with your decisions nine times out of ten, and you can switch it back to asking at any moment.
Do you need our LinkedIn, Bayt or Naukri logins?
No. We never ask for credentials to any job board or network. Candidates reach you through your own branded careers page, and you can import CVs you already hold as files.
What happens to our candidate data?
It stays yours. You can export the entire workspace — candidates, CVs, messages, notes — in one click, at any time. You set how long records are kept and the system erases them on schedule. There is no lock-in and no exit fee.
How long does setup take?
One call, usually thirty minutes. I build your workspace with your real open roles before we speak, so by the time the call ends you are watching your own pipeline rather than a demo.
Does it work outside our region?
Yes. Phone numbers, currencies, timezones and working weeks are all set per agency, so a Sunday-to-Thursday week in Riyadh and a Monday-to-Friday week in Manchester both work out of the box. It is in daily use across the Gulf and South Asia, which is why visa status sits on the candidate record — but nothing in it is tied to one region.
We already have a CRM. Do we have to move off it?
No. Most agencies run this alongside what they have during the pilot, on two roles, and decide afterwards. There is no migration to do before you can see whether it works.
What does it cost?
The pilot is free for seven days on two live roles. After that it is priced per agency depending on how many roles and recruiters you run — I quote it on the call once I have seen how you work. Message me and I will give you a number.
See your own jobs running through it.
Two live roles, seven days, no cost. I set it up before we speak.
Message me on WhatsAppTushar, founder · I answer +91 94654 21870 myself, usually the same day.
